Embodied Dignity and Boundaries

Join Jane, a Post-Jungian Analyst in training and embodiment chaperone and educator, for a journey into the intersection of the soma and psyche while you learn to reclaim your dignity, reoccupy your body and begin to explore structures inside your body and unconscious psyche that interfere with finding your voice, protecting your energy and taking up space in the world. We will discuss the impact that the collective unconscious has on this process. We will also engage in somatic word association experiments so that we can bring to light what lies in the personal and collective unconscious which interferes with our capacity to create and reinforce boundaries.
