Traumatic Stress and the Breath - Jan 2021

Join me and Jennifer Snowdon, trauma informed yoga teacher and Buteyko breathing coach, for a paradigm shifting and neurobiologically informed lens for the way we consider accessing and improving the breath during states of nervous system dysregulation and general states of anxiety. This four week webinar is an introduction to understanding basic breathing biomechanics, biochemistry, interpersonal connection, emotional isolation and the impact on our breathing habits. This webinar series will not be the ‘fix’ for an individual’s specific breathing issues and, instead, light up new insights that will pull you forward into more personal and professional explorations.
