Jungian Somatics - Weekly Movement and Somatic Practice

CA$79.00 every month

Join me for a weekly online movement and somatic practice focused on experiencing foundational Jungian Somatics principles via the felt sense.

Let’s move and explore together to stay connected to what’s good inside and around us.

WEDNESDAYS AT 12-1 PM ET

A RECORDING WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE EVERY WEEK. YOU CAN JOIN AT ANY TIME.

We will engage in intuitive movement, dance, creative expression, embodied active imagination, spontaneous writing and archetypal somatic resourcing practices to support the egoic strength necessary to connect to our psychic core in the body, a place of inner stability.

SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL CLASS HERE!

Each week will have a different theme as a container to explore within.

From working somatically with a dream to finding a path to creating symbolic meaning from a somatic symptom or state, I hope to inspire each person to contact a place of deep wisdom and capacity for greater self-knowledge from the bottom up.

This movement and somatic practice is also intended to ignite the emergent creative instinct via the soma. In this way, we will gently explore our rich and challenging depths via the somatic unconscious while also harnessing important practices that connect us with the soul AKA Self and the energetic collective. Instead of pursuing a conceptual understanding of Jung’s work, we will take ourselves to the depths of personal experience and embodied knowing. This is a practice, not a training experience.

After payment is received, you will receive a Zoom link to our weekly meeting within 24 hours.

You will need a massage ball, colourful drawing materials, paper, a pen, space to move and a curious mind.

I will do my best to accommodate all movement abilities.

*This weekly practice is not a replacement for personal therapy. This journey requires self-responsibility with minimal support. It is not recommended for individuals currently facing significant emotional or physical stress, or trauma. By participating, you acknowledge that you possess stable emotional, physical, and mental well-being, enabling you to manage anything that may arise for processing or integration.
