Soul in Motion - Weekly Jungian Somatics™ Practice
Discover the profound connection between body and psyche through weekly movement and somatic practices. Together, we’ll nurture vitality, self-knowledge, and connection to the soul through experiential exploration.
When: Wednesdays, 12-1 PM ET (Recordings available weekly)
Where: Online via Zoom (link provided upon registration)
What to Expect:
Each session is a practice, not a training, offering a gentle and enriching journey into embodied knowing. We will engage in:
Intuitive movement and dance
Spontaneous writing and artistic expression
Embodied active imagination
Archetypal somatic practices
Each week, we’ll explore a unique theme as a container for our work, such as:
Processing dreams somatically
Discovering symbolic meaning in bodily sensations
The healing potential for symbols
Strengthening resilience, stability, and creativity through the soma
These practices aim to deepen your dialogue with the unconscious, seeing it not only as a repository of the past but as a wellspring of creation and insight.
What You’ll Need:
A massage ball
Colourful drawing materials
Paper and pen
Space to move
A curious and open mind
This practice is accessible to all movement abilities, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your unique needs.
Please Note:
While enriching, this program is not a replacement for therapy. It is intended for individuals in stable emotional and physical health who can navigate the explorations we’ll embark on. Participants should feel grounded and self-responsible, as this journey requires minimal external support. I am not available for psychotherapeutic support outside of the weekly sessions.
