Join me for this 3-hour webinar that is intended to support the building of awe muscles in our body and psyche to support a more expansive view regarding our place in the universe and to provide the embodied benefits of connecting with awe on a daily basis. This webinar combines neuroscience of awe along with Jungian psychology to support connection with Self or Soul.

We will move intuitively, spontaneously draw, write and share together to help gently crack open our hearts to be able to LET IN THE GOOD. We often need to resensitize our bodies and psyches to what is life-giving and revivifying to even be able to experience awe on a regular basis.

We will discuss daily practices that help lay down new neural pathways that promote more awe and wonder while also understanding how awe is a key healing factor during suffering or in traumatic stress states.

We will also discuss recent neurobiological research that supports awe as key for healing from persistent stress.

In short, I believe that a commitment to searching for awe in our regular lives is what will keep us moving toward what is life-giving and heart-filling, even in the middle of our struggles. Searching for awe is a way to reorient to our external environment to create an internal shift in our autonomic nervous systems and in the depths of our beings. Connecting with awe changes our breath, changes our brains and helps us connect with meaning in times we need to tether to something bigger than us.

COURSE READING WILL BE PROVIDED TO ENHANCE AND DEEPEN YOUR EXPERIENCE.

MATERIALS NEEDED: Colourful drawing materials and paper

This webinar is not a replacement for qualified mental health care and is intended for participants in an emotionally resourced place in their lives.
