“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will control your life and you will call it fate.” C.G. Jung
Join Jane for a webinar that is intended to bring psychic and somatic awareness to your current relationship with social media and to explore its impact on your neurobiology, your attitude towards yourself, your life and the health of your psyche. Whether you identify as living with a social media dependency or addiction OR your intuition and instincts are indicating something is just ‘off’ with how social media is impacting your body, your mind and your life, this four part webinar will increase your capacity to consciously choose IF and HOW you will continue to use this resource instead of IT using you.

IF YOU CAN’T TUNE IN LIVE, A RECORDING WILL BE SENT OUT WITHIN 24 HOURS
Participants will be strongly encouraged to watch THE SOCIAL DILEMMA prior to the start of this webinar and will be invited to spend the month of July stepping away from social media to allow for the neurochemical withdrawal process to resolve and to allow for new psychic space to emerge.
Jane’s work in Jungian Somatics will be a central focus for this program. Key concepts discussed will include: ego centre, collective unconscious, persona, shadow, archetypes and complexes. Jane will also weave the intersection of neurobiology together with structure of the psyche to help us understand the impact algorithms have on our personal consciousness, amplifying anxiety, depression or burn out and eliciting shadow projections onto others.
Week One: Detoxing, withdrawal and practices for finding your centre
Week Two: Making space for emerging consciousness, containment in liminal space and your shifting neurobiology
Week Three: Somatic awareness and ego strength to interact with the archetypal realm
Week Four: Plans for re-entering and/or kinship creation outside the reach of algorithms
