Join me for an introductory webinar exploring my alchemical practice of weaving somatics together with Jungian dream interpretation. Harnessing the alchemical intersection of soma and psyche during dream interpretation can provide greater potential for recovery for trauma survivors.
Jungian dream interpretation can be an essential doorway into the self-regulating function of the psyche, something deeply needed by anyone living with the prolific psychic injuries that trauma can imprint. Dream work is not something widely discussed in the trauma recovery zeitgeist and is the focus of my thesis.
CURRICULUM
What you will learn
Basic concepts in Jungian dream interpretation.
How to use dreams to open ourselves to healing potential via the body via a teleological lens versus a trauma model primarily focused on causality.
How to use body sensations that are activated in dreams to move us towards a more expansive awareness of what our body is trying to lead us into greater awareness of our unconscious psyche.
Using portals in dreams to provide new opportunities to shift habituated nervous system states.

Anyone who dreams and is curious about working with their own dreams through a somatic lens.
Any therapists who work with dreams and would like to be introduced to somatics in dream work.
